5 Part Roadmapto an AI-Powered Business

Map
You see where your time goes, and what it costs.
Fix
The costliest job first, using AI only where it fits.
Test
Each new task is run again from a fresh start, so it does not depend on whoever built it.
Teach
You learn how to use it and how to add the next task yourself.
Prove
Before and after, measured on your own work.

How the roadmap works

The roadmap is the order we work in with you. First we look at where your time goes. Then we fix one job at a time, and we start with the job that costs you the most.

Each fix is tested, and you learn how to use it. At the end, you see the before and after on your own work.

Clearly OS

The system we build into your business, so it stays organised as it grows.

What it does

Clearly OS keeps the facts about your business in one place: what you sell, your prices, your rules and how you speak to customers. Each task works from those same facts, so the result is the same each time. The work is saved as a draft, and a person checks it before it goes out.

Why it is unique

It runs on your own computer, and you own all of it. The facts are plain text files. Every task is laid out on screen as a row of steps, so you can open it, see how it works and change it without code. No vendor decides where it runs.

How it helps your business

Staff and AI work from one set of rules, so fewer questions come back to you. Routine work gets done the same way each time. As the business grows, the rules stay in one place, and you stay in control.

What it changes.

Every solution is customised for you.

  1. “The rules live in one person's head”“Can we give this customer a discount?” Nobody knows the rule, so staff ask you every time.

With ClearlyThe rule is written down once. Staff and the AI both work from it.

  2. “Ten copies of the same file”Price lists in several places. Nobody knows which one is current.

With ClearlyOne current copy, kept in one place.

  3. “Paper and photos that never get filed”Job sheets on paper. Photos of the work sit on a phone.

With ClearlyPaper and photos are filed with the job they belong to.

  4. “A weekly report built by hand”Someone pulls the numbers from chats and sheets every week, and it is always missing something.

With ClearlyThe weekly report is built from your own files, not by hand.

  5. “New staff stuck”A new hire is stuck, so they ask you, or they go back through the manual and lose time.

With ClearlyNew staff get answers from the written rules, so fewer questions reach you.

  6. “A meeting held only to find out what happened”A weekly call where staff report what they did.

With ClearlyWhere things stand is written down as the work happens, so the call is not needed.

  7. “Re-explaining the business to the AI every time”Every chat starts with the same pasted background. The AI forgets it by the next one.

With ClearlyThe AI starts from what is already written down about your business, not from nothing.

  8. “Quotes and documents written from scratch”Every estimate starts from a blank page, even though most of it is the same.

With ClearlyA quote starts from your last similar one, with only the differences left to fill in.

What does that task cost you?

Describe one task that takes too much time in your business. We work out what it costs you, and we tell you if an AI system can take it over. The review is free, and it comes by email.

We use what you write only to prepare your review.

Why you must avoid platform lock-in for your business.

Why it is a problem

When your workflows, your context, your memory, your tool connections all live inside a vendor's native app, the vendor decides where they run and where your data sits. They can change the terms with a single notification.

A notice on the Claude Support page: on October 6, 2026, new Cowork tasks run in the cloud and the Only on your computer option in Settings is removed.

Why Clearly Is the Solution

With our roadmap installed, what you own is your workflow: your folders, rules, named skills and review steps, held as plain files. Models and tools will change, and these files can move between Claude Code, Gemini, ChatGPT or a local model. So you are not locked in to one platform.
